Eric Goodman battled concussions for close to a decade, and finishing his collegiate wrestling career was becoming less and less plausible. But it was a different sport that changed that forever. Goodman, a 40-year-old living in River Falls, went back to school at Winona State University for his last two years of folkstyle wrestling eligibility. He wrestled for two years in college right away, but after starting his career as a teacher and starting a family with his wife he needed to stop wrestling.
TOWN OF SALEM — An Arkansaw man led police on a slow-speed 8.3-mile pursuit April 6 that stopped and started multiple times before ending in a moving road block and arrest. Ethan Galstad, 45, was arrested on suspicion of one felony count of attempting to flee or elude an officer, four misdemeanor counts of failure to stop vehicle and one count of resisting an officer.
