During a six-month checkup, Allie LeVesque (held by mother Keri) needed emergency brain surgery to relieve fluid in her skull. After running some tests, doctors found that Allie suffers from the genetic blood disorder Von Willebrand disease. That led to identifying that Mike LeVesque and his other daughters, Emma (left) and Ahna (center) have it. Even Mike's father and sister have the disease.
