Red Wing closed the regular season out by defeating Rochester Mayo, 43-30, on Friday night. The Wingers held a narrow 19-18 lead at the end of the first half, but with stingy defense and strong free-throw shooting, were able to double the points scored by the Spartans in the second half.

Lindsay Reps had a team high for the Wingers in both points and rebounds with 12 and eight, respectively. Tayzha Buck had nine points and Abi Deming contributed eight points and seven rebounds.

The Spartans received two-thirds of their points from Hallie Olson and Anna Miller, each scoring 10.

Red Wing wrapped up the regular season at 20-6 (16-6 Big Nine).
