Behind the pitching of Ben Kuehni, the Red Wing baseball team topped Northfield 7-3 on Tuesday.
Kuehni struck out 10 batters while allowing four hits and walking two. Kuehni was relieved in the seventh inning by Marcus Walm, who struck out both batters he faced to seal the win for the Wingers.
The Wingers grabbed a 2-0 in the bottom of the first inning and scored two more in the second. After a Northfield run in the top of the fourth, the Wingers scored once in the fifth and twice in the sixth en route to the victory.
