Marion J. Wright

Marion Jean Wright, 89, of Red Wing, died Thursday, May 23, 2019, at St. Crispin Living Community. She was born June 19, 1929, in River Falls, Wisconsin, to Ralph and Agnes (Carlson) Finley and graduated from high school in Baldwin, Wisconsin 1947. On June 25, 1949, she was united in marriage to Lloyd Wright at the Norwegian Lutheran Church of Baldwin. They lived in Baldwin until 1961, where her husband managed the Baldwin Clinic. After she left the store, her primary calling was creating a lovely home for her family and grandchildren. She was immensely proud of her family. She enjoyed riding motorcycle, gardening, and reading and she was an excellent cook--when anyone stopped by, they never went hungry. She was loved by everyone she met. Marion was a member of United Lutheran Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Lloyd in 2014 and her brother, Ronald Finley.
