The Mississippi River at Red Wing hit flood stage of 14 feet at 3:45 a.m. Wednesday, March 27, 2019. The water continues to rise and was hovering at 14.7 feet Thursday afternoon.
The National Weather Service forecasts a crest of 16.5 feet by Monday afternoon.
