Book puts twist on 'Twelve Days'
What do five golden hot dishes, four lumberjacks, three red stones, two hockey sticks have in common? They are all found in Constance Van Hoven's "The Twelve Days of Christmas in Minnesota," which will be read at 10 a.m. Dec. 12 at the Best of Times Bookstore.
Other Christmas songs, both illustrated and not, will be shared. Hoven was scheduled for an appearance but had to cancel.
This event is part of Best of Times' Book Adventures program designed for children of all ages and includes stories, rhymes, songs and sometimes, crafts. The event is free. No purchase is necessary.
