ORDINANCE NO. 131, Fourth Series
An Ordinance Rezoning Certain Property within the City of Red Wing

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RED WING DO ORDAIN:
Section 1. Property Rezone. The property described in the attached Exhibit "A" is hereby rezoned to Two Family Residential (R-2) District.
Section 2. Effective Date: This Ordinance is effective 14 days following the publication of the ordinance in accordance with the City Charter.

Parcel 1- All that part of Lots 7 & 8 in Block 14 of West Extension of Sweney's
Addition to Red Wing, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the southerly line of Sixth Street distant 7.7 feet westerly from the northeasterly corner of said Lot 7; running thence easterly along the northerly line of said Lots 7 & 8 for a distance of 90.2 feet; thence southerly and parallel with the east line of said Lot 8, 200 feet; thence westerly and parallel with Sixth Street 90.2 feet; thence northerly and parallel with the easterly line of said Lot 7, 200 feet to the place of beginning.
