NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S
EXECUTION SALE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that under and by virtue of an Execution issued out of and under the seal of the District Court of the State of Minnesota, in and for the First Judicial District and County of Goodhue on the 7th day of February, 2019, upon a judgment rendered and docketed in the Court and the County in an action therein, between Associated Banc-Corp, Plaintiff and Cory T. Axelson, Defendant in favor of the Plaintiff and against the Defendant, Cory T. Axelson, and held by Richard L. Schindler, for the sum One Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Three and 23/100 ($145,623.23) as appears by the judgment roll filed in the office of the Clerk of the District Court for the County,
WHEREAS, the judgment was docketed in the Court on the 17th day of July, 2017, at 10:36 a.m. and the sum of $168,546.08 as of February 7, 2019 is actually due thereon with interest of $39.90 per diem from the 7th day of February, 2019, plus additional interest computed up to and including the date of sale and including all of the fees, costs and disbursements of levy and sale, and
WHEREAS, the Execution has to the Sheriff of Goodhue County been duly directed and delivered,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that I have levied upon and will sell at public auction to the highest cash bidder, at the Goodhue County Sheriff's Office, 430 W. 6th Street, Red Wing, MN 55066, in the County, on the 22nd day of May, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. all right, title and interest that the above-named judgment debtor had in and to the real property, hereinafter described on the 17th day of July, 2017, that being the date of rendition of the judgment or any interest therein which the judgment debtor Cory T. Axelson have since that day acquired, the real property located in Goodhue County and described as follows:
All of the southwest quarter (SW1/4) of the southwest quarter (SW1/4) of section twenty eight (28), in township one hundred thirteen (113) north, of range sixteen (16) west lying south of the Cannon River.
AND
That part of the southeast quarter (SE1/4) of the southeast quarter (SE1/4) of section twenty nine (29), in township one hundred thirteen (113) north, of range sixteen (16) west lying south of the Cannon River, except railroad right of way.
AND
The northeast quarter (NE1/4) of the northeast quarter (NE1/4) of section thirty two (32), in township one hundred thirteen (113) north, of range sixteen (16) west and all that part of the southwest quarter (SW1/4) of the northeast quarter (NE1/4) of section thirty two (32), in township one hundred thirteen (113) north, of range sixteen (16) west lying east of the Cannon River, sometimes also known as Lot four (4).
The southeast quarter (SE1/4) of the northeast quarter (NE1/4) of section thirty two (32), in township one hundred thirteen (113) north, of range sixteen (16) west. That part of the northwest quarter (NW1/4) of the northeast quarter (NE1/4) of section thirty two (32), in township one hundred thirteen (113) north, of range sixteen (16) west, lying east of the Cannon River.
