Friday, February 8, 2019 - 6:08pm

Notice is hereby given that the City of Red Wing Advisory Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in the City Council Chambers at City Hall on Tuesday, February 19, 2019, at 7:00 p.m., to hear and make a recommendation on a
Conditional Use Permit (CUP) request by Red Wing Golf Course, LLC, 1311 West Sixth Street, to expand the existing Golf Course use by constructing a 56'x 72' two level addition to the existing clubhouse and a corresponding 75 stall parking lot expansion. The upper level of the clubhouse addition will allow the expansion of event/reception capacity by approximately 100 guests. The lower level of the addition will be used for golf cart storage. The proposed expansion is located on two separate parcels that are zoned (R-1) Single Family Residential and (AC)
Agriculture Conservation); both zoning districts allow a Golf Course use with the issuance of a CUP.

The applicant and the public will have the opportunity to present comments on the Advisory Planning Commission's recommendations at a City Council meeting. The purpose of allowing comments is to provide the applicant and the public with the opportunity to directly address the Council on the matter.
