Bids will be received in accordance with the scope of work that SEMMCHRA developed.
The scope of work includes but is not limited to site improvements, A/C units and sleeves replacement, common area and exterior lighting, sprinkler system updates, elevator improvements, door locks, hardware, and key replacement, exterior and interior unit door replacement, laundry equipment replacement, bathroom improvements, window and siding replacement, boiler and furnace replacement, shingle roof replacement, soffit, facia, gutters and downspout replacement.

A pre-bid conference and building walk-through will be held on Tuesday, October 9th, at 8:30 am, at the parking lot entrance of 201 East 7th Street, Red Wing. Attendance is MANDATORY for General Contractors intending to submit bids, no exceptions.
Sealed written bids must be received at the office of SEMMCHRA offices no later than 11:00 am on Friday, November 2, 2018.
There will be a public bid opening. Sealed written bids must be typewritten or handwritten and include handwritten signature in ink. All such bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the name of the firm submitting the bid.
Bid results will be available upon request.
