Join Red Wing Downtown Main Street Saturday, Feb. 17, as the organization brings back Shiver River Day.
10 a.m. African storytelling hosted by Goodhue County Historical Society at the Red Wing Public Library
10-11 a.m. Treasure Hunt in the Snow hosted by Downtown Main Street, located at Central Park. Kids ages 10 and under. Sponsored by Discovery Financial.
10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Euchre Tournament hosted by and located at Mississippi National.
10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Bridge Tournament hosted by and located at Red Wing Area Seniors Pier 55. Duplicate and Social Bridge offered. Prizes and snacks!
10 a.m. to 2 p.m.: Fat Tire Biking Guided Ride hosted by Red Wing Area Mountain Bike Organization and located at Mississippi National; Annual Family Snowshoe/Cross-Country Ski/Winter Hike and Campfire at Mississippi National. Hosted by Friends of the Bluff, a supply of equipment will be available for families to try. If you own your own equipment please bring to use. After snowshoeing, skiing or hiking, families may enjoy a cup of hot chocolate by our campfire; Queen of the Winter Fairies Scavenger Hunt hosted by Paige Lampe and Fair Trade Books; Golf Simulation and Bean Bag Toss, located at Mississippi National; Make and Take Bird Feeder Project hosted by Burnside Plunkies 4-H Group, located at Central Park
11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Snow Smooshing Mascot vs Royalty Race hosted by Downtown Main Street at Central Park.
10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Arts and Craft Make-and-Takes hosted by and located at ArtReach in their new location next to Red Wing Library. Many fun stations with a variety of $5 projects for all ages.
3-5 p.m.: Red Wing Figure Skating Club at South Park ice rink, ice figure skates available at the rink, hot chocolate in warming house, free skating lessons from RWFSC skaters, exhibition tricks by RWFSC skaters, coloring for little ones in the warming house and curling with 'Ice Stones'; Crockpot Wars hosted Exit Realty, located at Christ Episcopal Church.
