The Red Wing trolley will makes its 2016 inaugural run Aug. 3. The community is invited to meet the trolley at the end of the line — the St. James Hotel — for champagne, dessert and music at 8:30 p.m. Then beginning with River City Days Aug. 5-7, the historic replica trolley will again provide tours to introduce visitors and residents alike to some of what the city has to offer. “I’m ambitious in that I want it to run often and run full,” Red Wing Trolley Co. general manager Rick DeVoe said.
