Red Wing City Council briefs: Council approves $2 million solid waste contract
Red Wing City Council members unanimously approved a $2,136,800 contract including a base bid and six alternatives with ECCO Construction of Hastings for the first phase in improvements to the Red Wing Waste Campus. The bid from ECCO was the lowest bid the city received.
