Meinke appears to have dashed past Schulenberg in At-large race
Marilyn Meinke appears to have won the Red Wing City Council At-large seat. With 10 of 12 precincts reporting Meinke garnered 2790 votes and she is up 17 percentage points of the total vote. Her opponent, Dustin Schulenberg, has tallied 1955 votes.

Incumbent Dean Hove won the Red Wing City Council Ward 1 and 2 over his challenger John Sachen. Hove garnered 1,817 votes to Sachen's 1,494 votes.
