Baseball: K-W falls in high-scoring game

Kenyon-Wanamingo had to feel good after scoring nine runs in the third inning to take a 10-run lead over Le Sueur-Henderson on Tuesday. But the Giants stayed disciplined, scoring seven runs on just two hits in the bottom of the third.

The Knights would score once more, tying the game in the sixth, but LS-H pulled out the 12-11 victory with a run in the seventh.

Carter Leininger, Matt Houglum, Calvin Steberg, Tyler Ryan, Dylan Craig and Gavin Roosen each had an RBI in the 10-run third. Craig took the loss in relief for K-W, which ends the season 15-10.
