Area amateur baseball: Minneapolis Cobras 4, Cannon Falls 2

Game recap: The Cobras scored three runs in the top of the ninth Wednesday to come from behind and win the first game of the Cannon Falls Bears tournament.

Difference maker: Reliever Adam Nerud, who suffered the loss, walked three batters in the ninth. Two of them came around to score.

Top players: Cannon Falls' Keith Meyers went 3-for-4 with two stolen bases and a run scored. Zeke Williams finished 1-for-4 with a double.

Aaron Stein started for the Bears and allowed one earned run on six hits in seven innings on the hill. Stein struck out five and walked two.
