Elvira E. "Vi" Auchampach, 86
Elvira Elizabeth "Vi" Auchampach, age 86, of Red Wing, Minn., and formerly of Hager City, Wis., died on Monday evening, Sept. 11, 2017.
Vi was born on Nov. 23, 1930, in Red Wing, Minn., to parents Albert and Mammie (Spriggle) Hardy. She would be united in marriage to John C. Brock. Vi especially cherished time spent with her grandchildren, and she will be missed dearly by her family.
Vi is survived by her sons, Kevin (Maria Sindt) Brock, and Scott (Elizabeth) Brock; nine grandchildren, and a multitude of others who called her "Grandma Vi"; one great-granddaughter; sisters, Ilene Bankston, and Alberta Frederick; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Mervin Auchampach; former husband, John C. Brock; brothers, Bill and Bud; and sister, Delores Bean.
Funeral Services for Vi will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 15, at the Laurel Presbyterian Church, N1675 815th St. in Hager City, WI. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the church. A private family burial will be held at a later date.
