Cut fiber optic cable causes Spectrum service outage Dec. 1
A cut fiber optic cable is being blamed for a Spectrum service outage on the afternoon of Friday, Dec. 1, 2017.
According to a Charter Communications representative:
"Spectrum customers in the Red Wing and Welch areas are experiencing a temporary service disruption after a fiber optic cable was cut by a non-Charter construction crew. Spectrum crews responded immediately and working to restore service as quickly as possible."
