I didn’t plan it this way, but now I am writing the third column in a row about customer service. The reason is because of a lot of wonderful feedback and comments plus a very pointed question asked by a few local business people that deserves a response.
The SCORE Chapter to which I belong is in the process of planning its workshops for next fall. I think one of the additions that we will make is one on the topic of “customer relations” based on concerns that I have heard from local business CEOs.
QThe paper used to run a SCORE story now and then. Is the organization still around?
