This past week I really gambled with my triathlon training. In the eight days leading up to Sunday’s Wingman Triathlon I participated in a women’s only 5K mud run, took a five-day trip to Las Vegas with my husband, Chad, and pulled an all-nighter with my family at the Mississippi Shuffle Relay for Life.

Schaffhausen bound over in homicide case
A man accused in the murder of his three young daughters was bound over for trial in St. Croix County Circuit Court Tuesday morning. Judge Scott Needham found probable cause that Aaron Schaffhausen committed a felony and set an arraignment hearing for Aug. 28 at 4 p.m. when he will enter a plea.
