A boy was injured Sunday evening when his dirt bike struck a wooden post, the Pierce County Sheriff’s Department reported. The boy, whose name was not released, was riding in the ditch along a paved road in Oak Grove Township just after 5 p.m. He hit the road sign post, was ejected and landed in the grass.
