I just wanted to tell you how surprised and saddened I was to hear of Laverne's passing. He was such a wonderful person to work with and would always help in any way he could. Just last week he helped me figure out how to open the hood of my new car so I could add wiper fluid. Please extend my sympathy to your family and know that I'm thinking of you all at this sad time.
