James A. Schenk, 77, of Lake City, died Tuesday, Jan. 8, at the Mayo Health Care System-Lake City.
Memorial service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 12, at the United Methodist Church. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service.
