Ardith Elaine Latcham, 89, of Red Wing, died Wednesday, March 21, at Fairview Red Wing Medical Center.

Ardith Elaine Latcham, 89, of Red Wing, died Wednesday, March 21, at Fairview Red Wing Medical Center.

She was born Oct. 13, 1922, in Salem Township, Wis. to Ellsworth and Ella (Meyer) Hague. She graduated from Plum City High School and attended the Minneapolis Business College and the Commerce School of Business in San Francisco, Calif. She married Charles Latcham on April 12, 1952, at First United Methodist Church in Ono, Wis., where she grew up. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, and a long-time member of the YMCA. She enjoyed swimming, bicycling, and traveling.

Ardith is survived by her husband, Charles of Red Wing; 2 daughters, Diana (Loren) Brusehaver and Barbara Latcham both of Inver Grove Heights; 6 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and one sister Myrna Lind of Cottage Grove and one brother Ivan Hague of Menomonie, Wis.

She was preceded in death by one sister, Doris Fortner and two brothers, Vincent and Neville Hague.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, March 24, at First United Methodist Church with Reverend Greg Strunk officiating. Visitation will be for 1 hour prior to the service at the church. Memorials are preferred to the church. To send online condolences visit www.mahnfamilyfuneralhome.com.
