Patricia Ann Farrington, 61, of Bay City, died Monday, Dec. 19, at her home.
Patricia Ann Farrington, 61, of Bay City, died Monday, Dec. 19, at her home.
She was born Sept. 11, 1950, in St. Louis, Mo., to Johnny and Beverly (Kulasiveg) Farrington. Her family moved to Winona, Minn., where she grew up and graduated from high school. She married Burton Stogdill on July 14, 2005, at United Lutheran Church in Red Wing. Patricia was a devoted wife; she loved to cook, and she loved to write letters and enjoyed keeping in touch with a former teacher.
She is survived by her husband, Burton Stogdill of Bay City; mother, Beverly A. Larson of Winona; one son, Troy Dvergsten of Plymouth; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Johnny Farrington.
Per Patricia's request, her body was donated to the Anatomy Bequest Program through the University of Minnesota. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
