Greg Andrews, Pierce County agricultural agent and executive secretary for the upcoming Wisconsin Farm Technology Days being held just outside River Falls, posed recently on a hilltop adjacent the 450-acre area that will host the three-day show. Tents, at least seven permanent pole buildings, and streets and avenues will cover about 75 acres; the balance of the area will be used for parking and field demonstrations. A stretch of Highway 29 will be closed from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily to assure safe crossing for pedestrians.
