The 2009 Minnesota Glastron Classic took place Saturday at Island Campground in Trenton Township. Owners of more than 30 fiberglass powerboats met at the campground before making a run to Hok-Si-La Park in Lake City. More than 80 members of the Minnesota and Western Wisconsin chapter of the Classic Glastron Owners Association piloted small fiberglass boats ranging in size from 17 to 24 feet.
