Red Wing junior Pat Kelly, pictured in his Minnesota Blizzard uniform, was recently selected to take part in the prestigous Area Code Games in California on Aug. 3-10. He was chosen to represent the Chicago White Sox organization. “He’s a better person than he is a baseball player,” said White Sox scout Adam Barta. “And he’s a damn good baseball player. I want Pat Kelly coaching my kid when he’s 25 years old, unless he’s in the majors.”
