Levee Road runs right along the Mississippi River and goes underwater as soon as the river hits 14 feet in Red Wing. On Friday, the road was wet from rain and snow, but no floodwaters. The weather over the next couple of weeks will determine whether Red Wing and Goodhue County sees any spring flooding, experts say.
