Law enforcement officials with the Goodhue County Sheriff’s Office, Red Wing Police Department and Kenyon Police Department discuss the next part of Red Wing they should patrol in order to increase enforcement of seat belts. Through the Toward Zero Deaths program, grants for extra seat belt enforcement brought multiple law enforcement agencies together this week.
