Hayley Binkowski will graduate from Plum City High School today. Losing her mother to breast cancer nearly four years ago helped the teenager to mature and grow up, she said. Binkowski and her father have similar pink ribbon tattoos on their arms in honor of Binkowski's mother, Sandy.
