Throughout my time in office I have witnessed a number of changes in Minnesota and the lives of the men and women who call our great state home. Unfortunately, not all the change has been positive. In recent years, too many families and businesses have been forced to make adjustments as they weather the bumpy economic road our nation has traveled.
