9/15/2012: Man gets stayed four-year sentence for killing Welch man
An Apple Valley, Minn., man was sentenced Thursday in Dakota County Court to 48 months in prison for his involvement in the death of Welch resident Benjamin Allen Hanson, the Dakota County Attorney’s Office reported.
