NOTICE OF HEARING

To the voters in the Township of Welch, County of Goodhue, State of Minnesota: Notice is hereby given that a petition has been filed with the Board of Supervisors to establish a cartway to a landlocked parcel of land on Section 34-N, Welch Township. The Board of Supervisors will conduct a walking tour of the site prior to the monthly meeting on September 6, 2012. The regular meeting will be held on that date beginning at 7:00 P.M. at the Welch Town Hall with the hearing concerning the cartway during the meeting. This notice is being sent to land owners and residents in the immediate area, however the hearing is not limited to that group. If you know of someone else that may be interested, please let them know of this hearing.
