Letter: Howe's stance far from 'political opportunism'

Former State Sen. Steve Murphy of Red Wing submitted a letter to the editor titled “Lawmakers get your work done." In it he criticized Sen. John Howe in calling for an impact statement on silica sand mining during special session.
