Track: Spring Valley girls edge out EPC, win regional title

BOYCEVILLE - In a total reversal of fortune in just a week's time at the same track and field facility, the Spring Valley High School girls track and field team won the WIAA Division 3 Boyceville Regional title, edging out Elmwood/Plum City Monday afternoon.
