Zumbrota man wins $13,000
Charles Frey of Zumbrota won $13,000 from the state Lottery’s Northstar Cash game last week. The winning ticket came from Farm Country Co-op in Wanamingo. He split the $26,000 jackpot with a Maple Grove man who also had the winning numbers on a ticket.
