Welch man gets 60 days for burglary, assault
A Welch man was sentenced to 60 days in jail with a stay of imposition Friday after pleading guilty to first-degree burglary and fifth-degree assault. Under the stay of imposition, Joseph Frank Konchal, 32, will not actually serve time if he abides by the conditions of his five-year probation sentence.
