PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the City of Red Wing Advisory Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in the City Council Chambers at City Hall on Tuesday, March 20, 2012, at 7:00 p.m., to hear and make a recommendation on a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) request by Red Wing Industrial, LLC, 1 West Avenue, Larchmont, NY 10538, for a Storm Water Management Plan related to the construction of a proposed 74,180 square foot warehouse building addition at 4079 Pepin Avenue. The proposed construction project will result in the disturbance of approximately 7.0 acres of land; the Red Wing Zoning Ordinance requires the approval of a Storm Water Management Plan as a CUP for projects that disturb more than one (1) acre of land. The project includes the construction of two (2) infiltration basins which would treat and store storm water on the project site. The proposed project site currently contains 8.58 acres of impervious area; the proposed project would increase the site’s impervious area to 11.18 acres.
