Howe's fundraising soars past DFL contenders

A personal $45,000 loan to his campaign has stuffed Red Wing Mayor John Howe’s war chest, while two Democrats seeking to challenge him in the Senate District 28 race were sitting on less than $1,000 apiece as of last week.
