Youth sports: Regional champs

The Red Wing U17 boys soccer team won the Minnesota Youth Soccer Association's Regional Championship with a 4-2 victory against Albert Lea and advanced to the state tournament Sunday in Coon Rapids. Lucio Gomez scored four unanswered goals in the second half Wednesday in Shakopee to clinch the come-from-behind victory.
