Notebook: Bombers visit the capitol

Cannon Falls High School teacher Heather Loeschke introduced a handful of students to the “We the People” competition four years ago. Those same students, who are now seniors, dethroned perennial state champion Duluth East in December to earn the right to represent Minnesota in Washington, D.C., on the national stage.
