Letter: Take Xcel’s lead; close incinerator
To the Editor: I’ve noticed that the Republican Eagle is selective in articles that allow online comment. For example, the recent article about costs associated with the municipal incinerator and bonding to float it and the general high costs associated with burning is not open for comment.By: Carol Overland, Red Wing, The Republican Eagle
