Commencing 1824.90 feet north of the southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of said Northeast Quarter; thence South 63 degrees 30 minutes East, parallel with South Park Street 286.44 feet; thence North 26 degrees 30 minutes East 185.46 feet to an iron monument on the southwesterly line of said South Park Street; thence southeasterly along the southwesterly line of said South Park Street 330.00 feet; thence southwesterly at right angles to said South Park Street 80.00 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence continuing southwesterly along the last described line 70.00 feet to a found iron pipe at a corner of the Richard Kohn property per Document No. 409360, Goodhue County Recorder's office; thence southeasterly, parallel with said southwesterly line of South Park Street 135.36 feet to a found iron pipe at the northeasterly corner of said Document No. 409630 on the west line of 20th Street; thence north along said west line of 20th Street 78.68 feet, more or less, to the intersection with a line southeasterly and parallel with said southwesterly line of South Park Street from the point of beginning; thence northwesterly along said parallel line 99.95 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
