An all-ages hunter education course will be offered at Prairie View Elementary School in Hager City starting March 25. The course will meet for seven weeks. The cost is $10 per person.
Students will need to pass a test at the end to receive a safety certificate. The course has no age restriction, but certificates will not be valid until the holder is 12 years old. Adults and parents are encouraged to attend.
People born after Dec. 31, 1979, are required to have a firearms safety certificate to hunt, unless using a bow. For more information, call instructor Douglas Sjostrom at 715-448-2517
