PUBLIC NOTICE
The Goodhue County Board of Adjustment will meet on Monday, March 25, 2013, at 4:00 p.m. in the Goodhue County Government Center, 3rd Floor County Board Room, located at 509 West Fifth Street in Red Wing, Minnesota.
Public hearing items on the agenda are:
Joyce Anderson – Pt of NE ¼ of NW ¼ Section 34 T109N R 18W, Kenyon Township. The request is a variance to register a feedlot less than 100’ from property line.
James and Nancy Koester – Lot 5, Block 3, Oakwood Addition, Florence Township. The request is a variance to allow alpaca instead of horses under Article 23, Section 3, Subd. 7: R-1 Conditional and Interim Uses “allow up to 3 horses on a minimum of 5 acre lot size.”
Jerrold Lexvold – NW ¼ and Part of N ½ of SW ¼ Section 27, T110N R16W, Minneola Township. The request is a variance to allow a property line to be placed less than 30 feet from existing accessory structures on either side of the line.
