Correction

CherryBerry, 3243 S. Service Drive, charges 45 cents per ounce for products. The Red Wing location is owned by Fargo, N.D.-based RSM Brands LLC.

Unpaid leave

The total number of unpaid leave days that Red Wing Public School District granted during the 2010-11 school year was 235. These are in addition to Family Medical Leave Act.

The March 6, 2013, article reported that 65.25 unpaid leave days were granted in 2010-11. That number is up from 40.6 days granted during the 2009-10 school year. Only 9.5 days have been granted so far this year. Those three figures refer only to unpaid leave granted to salaried employees, which does not include paraprofessionals and food service workers.

Golden Kiwanis

Golden Kiwanis will meet at 9:30 a.m. Thursday March 14 at the St. James Hotel. John Becker will talk about Downtown Main Street. The board will meet at 8 a.m.

Noontime Kiwanis

Noontime Kiwanis will meet at noon Thursday March 14 at the St. James Hotel. Jim Johnson, president of Minnesota State College-Southeast Technical, will speak.

Featherstone Township

Featherstone Town Board will meet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday March 19 in the Town Hall. The regular meeting is a week later than usual due to the March 12 election.

Chicken Dinner

Plum City Lions will hold the annual Harmon Chicken Dinner from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday March 14 at the Durand Rod and Gun Club.

Women's Network
