Goodhue accepting applications for superintendent
Goodhue Public School is seeking applications for superintendent after longtime Supt. Robert Bangtson announced his retirement in January.
Goodhue Public School is seeking applications for superintendent after longtime Supt. Robert Bangtson announced his retirement in January. Applications are due April 15, and the district hopes to have someone hired by May 20, Bangtson said.
Bangtson started working for the Goodhue School District in 1992 as an elementary school principal. He has served as superintendent for the last 12 years.
“I just felt like it was time to retire,” he said. “It seemed like the timing was right.”
