Letter:Thanks for 'A Different Time'
The story in the Real Life section of Feb. 23&24 R-E about the changes in the last 50 years in the Red Wing Police Department was extremely interesting, well-written and had great photos of our policemen in more simple times.By: Karl Brunner, The Republican Eagle

The story in the Real Life section of Feb. 23&24 R-E about the changes in the last 50 years in the Red Wing Police Department was extremely interesting, well-written and had great photos of our policemen in more simple times.
There is one thing I’m sure many longtime residents of the Red Wing area would have liked to seen included, and that is naming the 16 former policemen shown in the picture.
If this could be shown again, with their names, it would be greatly appreciated by those that enjoyed reading about “A Different Time” in our town.
